The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and metro station just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of space for my suitcase. The staff, especially Laura at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The towels were changed daily.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's right in the heart of the city, just off the Gran Vía and close to all the major attractions. You can easily walk to Plaza del Sol and the Chueca neighborhood. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. It's a great value for the money, especially considering the spacious and well-renovated rooms. The staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages, making your stay even more enjoyable.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.
